An indicia (in- DEES-see-uh) is the info in the box at the corner of mail piece that takes the place of a stamp. It contains the postage rate, the permit holders account number and where it is mailed from.
Using an indicia can save you a bundle.
We work with the post office and determine the amount of postage needed for your mailing. We then get that postage money from you, put it in our postal account and the Post Office takes that postage amount from our account. Your check needs to be made out to “Postmaster”. (not us!)
