Indicia ExampleAn indicia (in- DEES-see-uh) is the info in the box at the corner of mail piece that takes the place of a stamp. It contains the postage rate, the permit holders account number and where it is mailed from.

Using an indicia can save you a bundle.

We work with the post office and determine the amount of postage needed for your mailing. We then get that postage money from you, put it in our postal account and the Post Office takes that postage amount from our account. Your check needs to be made out to “Postmaster”. (not us!)

Complex yes, but better than licking stamps, and cheaper.

For mailings that we handle for you there are three imprints we supply that you can drop into your artwork. Click the images below to download a pdf and then insert it into your art.

permit_700_first_classFirst Class Presort

permit_700_std-outlinesStandard Class Presort

permit_700_nonprofit_outlinesNon Profit
